Accessibility statement
Summer Slope is committed to giving every customer, including people with disabilities, equal and accessible service. We have worked to make this website easy to use for everyone.
Accessibility level
The site is designed to meet Israeli Standard 5568 for web accessibility, which is based on WCAG 2.0 at level AA. The site has also been checked against WCAG 2.1 level AA: with automated testing tools, and manually in Chrome on desktop and mobile, including keyboard navigation, zoom and high-contrast mode.
What we have done
- A clear heading structure and consistent navigation on every page.
- A "Skip to main content" link at the start of each page.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Text alternatives for images that carry information. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Registration form: a label for every field, missing fields marked, and error messages announced by screen readers.
- Text and background colour contrast that meets the standard.
- A button to pause the changing background photos. On devices set to "reduce motion" they don't change at all.
- Layouts for phones, tablets and computers, and support for browser text zoom.
- Language and text direction set for every page (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right).
- Support for Windows high-contrast mode.
- Links that open in a new window are announced to screen readers.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We keep testing and improving it. If you run into a problem, please tell us and we will fix it.
Physical accessibility
We have no office or branch open to the public. All service is provided online, on WhatsApp, by phone and by email. If you have accessibility needs for the trip itself (flights, hotels, transfers or skiing), tell us in advance and we will look at the options together.
Accessibility contact
Having trouble, or need an adjustment? Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. To help us fix it, tell us the page, what you were trying to do and which browser or assistive technology you used:
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp
- Phone: Phone
