Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy explains what information we collect on summerslope.com, why, who receives it and what your rights are.
Who we are
Summer Slope is a trade name of Evyatar Lavian, Calle de las Maldonadas 1, 28005 Madrid, España ("we"). We are responsible for the data collected on this site (the "controller" under the GDPR).
For any privacy question: [email protected].
When the company that will operate the trips is set up, it will take over as controller. We will update its details here.
What we collect
- Early registration form: name, phone, number of travellers, preferred departure dates, site language, the page you registered from, campaign tags (such as utm_source) and the time of registration.
- Messages to us: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
- Measurement cookies, only if you accept them: Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity collect usage data (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device type). Clarity masks what you type into fields.
Why, and on what basis
- To contact you about the trip, update you before bookings open and give early registrants priority. Based on the consent you give in the form.
- To measure our advertising and improve the site (Meta Pixel and Clarity). Based on the consent you give in the cookie banner.
- Hosting and security. Based on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site.
We do not sell your data or share it with others for their marketing.
Who receives the data
Providers that process data on our behalf, only to provide the service:
- Google (Google Workspace: the registration sheet and email).
- Cloudflare (website hosting).
- Meta (Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies; WhatsApp, if you contact us there).
- Microsoft (Clarity, only if you accept cookies).
Some providers also process data outside the EU, mainly in the US. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Registration details are kept until 31 December 2027 and then deleted, unless you book a trip (the booking terms then apply) or ask us to delete them sooner.
Your cookie choice is kept in your browser until you clear it. Meta's cookie (_fbp) lasts up to 3 months. Clarity's cookies last up to a year (_clck) and a day (_clsk).
Cookies
Measurement cookies load only after you accept them in the banner. If you don't, the site works normally and no Meta or Microsoft cookies are set. The site also stores your cookie choice and campaign tags in your browser, so a registration can be linked to its campaign.
You can change your choice at any time:
Your rights
- To get a copy of your data, and to correct it.
- To ask us to delete it, or to restrict how we use it.
- To object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format.
- To withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what was done before.
For any request, write to [email protected]. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es. If you live in Israel, you can also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.
Minors
The registration form is for adults (18+). Parents can register the whole family, including children.
